Signatures: Sign and return both the SF1442 and the SF30 amendment. Submission Requirements: As part of your quote submission, please include: At least two (2) references for previously completed similar work, for performance evaluation purposes. An estimated timeline for project completion. Updated Due Date: The deadline to receive quotes has been extended to Close of Business (COB), July 13, 2026, as reflected in the solicitation amendment.
