Notice of Intent – Sole Source – Handheld radios - PR16059661

The U.S. Consulate General in Merida intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Federal Communications Consulting for Kenwood handheld radios. In accordance with 5 FAH-2 H-743, Regional Information Management Center (RIMC) guidance, and based on the vendor’s past performance, the Contracting Officer has determined that it is in the Government’s best interest to sole source this requirement.
