This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation document is attached. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Network Contracting Office 8-SAO East intends to award a fixed-price requirements contract to provide commercial services, providing for all labor, equipment, materials, services, supervision, management and transportation necessary to provide Self Care Housing (Hotels/Motels) Services for the James A. Haley VA Hospital (JAHVH) in accordance with the below Performance Work Statement (PWS) and attached Price Schedule.
