This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03. The existing vehicles (EE1321380 and EE1321381) have reached six (6) years of service life and are experiencing recurring corrective maintenance failures with limited parts availability. Additionally, DCVAMC FMS Grounds will no longer receive GSA-sourced pickup trucks, creating a gap in ground transportation and material-handling capacity that these UTVs are required to fill.
