The purpose of this modification is to update the Product Service Code (PSC) to Z2NZ Repair or Alteration of Other Utilities. This PSC change aligns the requirement with work involving the maintenance, repair, or alteration of non standard utility systems such as communications, steam, chilled water, and other facility support utilities.
