The U.S. Embassy in Monrovia requires a contractor to carry out maintenance, servicing, restoration, and other non-structural works that do not involve load-bearing elements or structural alteration, and that matches existing design, setup, and dimensions of the facility. All restored utilities must function in accordance with the network of utilities and systems available with the OEC facility.
