Hotel Meeting Room and Lodging Amend 1

The Western District of Texas is seeking a hotel meeting room with lodging within a 40 mile radius of the US Probation headquarters located at 262 W Nueva, San Antonio, TX due to the caseload requirements of staff attending. The meeting space should provide tables, audio-visual equipment and requirements specified on attachment. The additional space where by an ASP Instructor Certification (AIC) program can be held should be empty as it consists of a training in baton, restraint use and a light seminar.
