This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.202, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The facility is replacing the emergency generator (Big Bertha) with a new generator in a new location in the parking area. The existing underground storage tank (UST) that feeds Big Bertha will no longer be needed. The new generator has a new UST near the new generator yard. The fuel will need to be transferred to the new tank for use with the new generator. See Attachments for more information.
