Forward Hadronic Calorimeter Absorber Structures

Please thoroughly review all attachments to this solicitation for details. Failure to respond in accordance with the RFP's instructions may deem your proposal as unacceptable. All questions shall be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist via email. Amendment 4 issued on 7/23/2026 is to add an updated Questions & Answers document based on the re-release of the RFP. Amendment 3 issued on 7/10/2026 is to reopen the RFP with revised SOW, Spec, and Drawings. Amendment 2 issued on 3/20/2026 is to extend the deadline to 4/1/2026 and update the Statement of Work and Specification documents. Amendment 1 issued on 3/5/2026 is to extend the deadline to 3/20/2026. An updated Specification and SOW are forthcoming and will be posted when they are finalized. The RFP's question and answers document has also been added as an attachment.
