WEW NATIVE PLANT MATERIALS (SIU), Northwest Oregon District BLM The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to solicit one (1) firm fixed price commercial item supply requirement for West Eugene Wetland Native Plant Materials located within the West Eugene Wetlands of the Northwest Oregon District Office area of responsibility as a single source to Heritage Seedlings, Inc, 4194 71st Ave SE, Salem, OR 97317, as the only reasonable source available pursuant to FAR subpart 12.201-1. Heritage Seedlings Inc. maintains the only agreement with the Bureau of Land Management to collect locally sourced ecologically appropriate native seed for use in the restoration projects in the West Eugene Wetlands and similar natural areas. The estimated performance period is from 01 September 2025 through 31 August 2026. The NAICS code is 113210 and the small business size standard $20.5M. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
