N--Replace Boilers at Beale House located at Adams Na

The National Park Service, Northeast Region, New England Major Acquisition Buying Office, issues this Request for Proposal (RFP) for a requirement for replace boilers at Beale House located at Adams National Historic Park (ADAM), Quincy MA. The Work consists of providing all labor, qualified supervision, material, tools, equipment, supplies, and incidentals to consists with the replacement of the existing gas-fired boiler system, and stall new, high-efficiency, code-compliant units. Work shall be performed in a manner that protects historic fabric and ensures compatibility with existing mechanical, electrical, and control systems. Detailed Specifications are provided with the solicitation documents.
