This amendment makes changes to the solicitation as detailed on page 1 of the amendment which states: The purpose of this Amendment 0003 is to do the following: 1. Extend the close date of the proposal from 10 July 2026 to 24 July 2026 2. Correct Period of Performance to 365 days after Notice to Proceed has been issued. Construction will be completed in phases. 3. In Section B, add an additional pricing line for Access Road alternatives (concrete vs asphalt) 4.
