Philips IntelliVue Patient Monitoring System Upgrade

This solicitation supersedes and replaces previously issued RFQ1813005 / 36C26226Q0839. The previous solicitation was cancelled, and the requirement is being re-solicited under this new solicitation as an unrestricted open-market acquisition. Offerors shall rely solely upon the requirements, terms, conditions, evaluation criteria, and attachments contained in this solicitation. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, transportation, materials, equipment, OEM-authorized parts, software, installation, integration, testing, validation, training, documentation, and incidental services necessary to replace and upgrade 120 Government-owned Philips IntelliVue X2 patient monitors with Philips IntelliVue X3 patient monitors, furnish five (5) additional X3 monitors, integrate the system into the existing VA Long Beach Healthcare System monitoring environment, and provide two (2) PIIC iX Rev. 4 Biomedical Training Course seats.
