66--BPA - YSI EXO and Pro-Digital Water Quality Monitoring Equipment, Parts, and Re

This is a post-award Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition supporting the award of a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to YSI, Inc. (Xylem Analytics) for YSI EXO and ProDSS water quality sondes, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts, repair and maintenance services, and related accessories in support of water quality monitoring activities throughout the Bureau of Reclamation's California-Great Basin Region. The BPA was awarded on a sole source basis because YSI, Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer and the only authorized source for YSI EXO and ProDSS instrumentation, OEM replacement parts, and factory-authorized repair and maintenance services required to maintain compatibility with Reclamation's existing monitoring systems. Market research, including a Sources Sought Notice, did not identify any other capable sources. See attached.
