The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 This solicitation is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541380, Testing Laboratory and Services with a small business size standard of 19.0M. The FSC/PSC is Q301, Medical Laboratory Testing. The VA Medical Center, VISN 6 facilities (Fayetteville NC, Durham NC, Salisbury NC, Salem VA, Richmond VA, Hampton VA, Asheville NC) is seeking Legionella Testing Services. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: The purchase order/contract period of performance Base Year is from October 1, 2026 September 30, 2027, plus 4 Option Years.
