The Department of Veteran s Affairs is seeking all qualified business manufacturer or distributors of small business manufacturers to all the following specifications: Requirement: Salient Characteristics: The bundles and kits are used to simultaneously profile chromatin accessibility (ATAC-seq) and 3' gene expression (RNA-seq) from the exact same single cell nucleus. This dual-omic approach links epigenetic regulatory mechanisms directly to active gene transcription. Primary Applications: Gene Regulatory Network Analysis: Maps how open chromatin regions, enhancers, and promoters control specific gene expression patterns. Cell Type and State Annotation: Improve resolution when identifying complex, rare, or heterogeneous cell populations by combining two layers of molecular data.
