Award Notice for Project Number: 636A8-26-003, Replace Warehouse Roof. Contractor shall provide all necessary construction services to replace the warehouse roof of building 2 at the Iowa City VA Health Care System (ICVAHCS), Iowa City, Iowa, as outlined in the Scope of Work (SOW) and Construction Documents. Construction activities shall include, but are not limited to, demolition, roofing, construction, insulation, flashing, shoring up special equipment, fall protection, and replacing all rigid insulation.
