Amendment 0007: The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to submitted questions: 1. Snow and Wind Design Criteria: The specifications state that the structures must meet site-specific snow and wind load criteria, while the actual ground snow load and wind speed values are left ¿to be determined by site specific design.¿ Please confirm whether the contractor/manufacturer is responsible for determining these site-specific design loads through its licensed engineer, or whether BLM will provide the required design values. A1. This amendment hereby modifies requirements 4 & 5 of the attached specification to remove CUSTOM wind and snow load requirements. Wind and snow load requirements shall be based on building codes applicable to the delivery locations. 2. Delivery Schedule: The solicitation establishes a delivery date of October 30, 2026. Please confirm whether all required shelters must be delivered and accepted by this date and whether partial or phased deliveries are permitted. A2. The delivery due date for all items is 01/31/2027 3. Scope of Work: Please confirm that the contractor¿s scope is limited to furnishing, transporting, and offloading the Rob Jaggers Campground shelters, including the required engineered drawings, foundation/footing design, and installation instructions. The specifications require the manufacturer to provide engineered drawings and foundation/footing design, and state that the contractor is responsible for offloading. Please confirm that field erection, concrete foundations/footings, anchoring, and final installation are not included in the contractor¿s scope. A3. This is correct... Supply delivery and tech data only Amendment 0006: In response to a vendor submitted question: Q1. The summary and coating paragraph indicate 24 shelters, while the post/upright color paragraph indicates 27. Page 1 also includes a ¿Quantity: 8 Total¿ reference. Could you please confirm the total number of shelters we should use for pricing purposes? A1. The requirement is for the following quantities. Any inconsistencies to volume shall be clarified to the following. CLIN 00011: 10 ft x 10 ft prefabricated Steel Pavilion, 24 each, Rob Jaggers Campground (incl freight) CLIN 00020: 20 FT X 20 FT prefabricated Steel Pavilion, 1 each, Datil Campground CLIN 00030: 16 FT X 16 FT prefabricates Steel Pavilion, 4 each, Datil Campground CLIN 00040: Freight costs allocable to Datil Campground Amendment 0005: The purpose of this modification is to clarify prior question and answer. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. 3. Post/Upright Quantity: Under the coating requirements, the specifications reference color selection for the "24 each ¿ 10' x 10'" post/uprights, while the procurement is for 24 shelters. Please confirm that this is a typographical error and that the requirement applies to all posts/uprights associated with the 24 shelters. RE: Datil Well CG Shelters ONLY ¿ Minimum Specifications: Quantity of 5 (five) as specified: 1. Length x Width -20 feet x 20 feet to roofline (1 each): all steel, square, hip roof shelters 2. Length x Width - 16 feet x 16 feet to roofline (4 each): all steel, square, hip roof shelters RFO: Rob Jaggers Faciltiy requires quantity of 24 Each. Total = 24 ¿ 10¿ x 10¿ (RFO NCA) + 5 (SFO Datil CG) = 29 total to 2 different locations Amendment 0004: The purpose of this modification is to provide the below questions and answers. 1. Snow and Wind Loads: The specifications state that the ground snow load and wind speed loading are to be determined by site-specific design(by manufacturer), but the required PSF and MPH values are blank. Can BLM provide the required ground snow load and design wind speed for the Rob Jaggers Campground location?
