Attached is a Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) for a noncompetitive modification to IDIQ Contract No. 31310023D0005 (Work-For-Others (WFO) Contract) The contract is for the continued support from the Center for Nuclear Waste Regulatory Analyses (CNWRA), the NRC’s Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC).
