The United States Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) Priority Requires replacement of the 6P1and 6P2 Unwater & Drainage Sump Pump, wore out parts & re-coat existing 12” column pipe & head assembly at Amistad Power Plant located at 670 Texas Spur 349, Del Rio, Texas 78840. This is a non-personnel services Contract for the replacement of the 6P1and 6P2 Unwater & Drainage Sump Pump, wore out parts & re-coat existing 12” column pipe & head assembly. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the Contract service providers performing the services herein. Such Contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. This is a 100% Small business Set Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333914 Measuring, Dispensing, and Other Pumping Equipment Manufacturing merchant wholesalers, with a corresponding small business standard of 750 employees. Performance Period: The contractor shall complete this work within 120 calendar days after the contract has been awarded The government will award to the lowest price, technically acceptable, responsible offeror. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, subcontract, supervision, and management to perform the requirements of this Statement of Work (SOW). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
