This acquisition is set aside for SEDB 8(a) certified business concerns. The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to the effort is: 561720 – Janitorial Services, with the size standard of $22 Million The resulting award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract with a base plus four option years. Period of Performance begins 10/1/2026 for a base year plus four (4) option years.
