F--KBAO Pesticide Monitoring and Enforcement

Justification and Approval (J&A) for Other Than Full and Open Competition for a sole source award to the County of Siskiyou to provide pesticide monitoring and enforcement services on federal lease lands within the Tule Lake and Lower Klamath National Wildlife Refuges. Only the County of Siskiyou is legally authorized under California Code 11501.5 to perform these inspections within the geographic area.
