Legal Services for Land Acquisition

The Department of State’s Office of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) requires legal services from a qualified local law firm in Amman, Jordan, to support the acquisition of land for diplomatic use. This requirement supports the U.S. Government’s ongoing land acquisition in Amman, where the selected legal firm will provide transaction support, review contracts, translate option agreements, and certify property ownership documentation in both English and Arabic, as well as dealing with the Host Government to complete the required legal process.
