Bulk Propane Supply Services – Fermilab

Amendment No. 1 revises the proposal due date to August 14, 2026, at 4:00 PM Central Time and adds a Site Visit for Offeror(s) on August 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM Central Time. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. ******* FFDG is seeking qualified contractors to provide bulk propane supply and related services for multiple Fermilab locations in Batavia, Illinois. Services include propane delivery, storage tank installation and removal, and maintenance support on supplier-owned equipment, provided on both scheduled and as-needed basis. The resulting subcontract will include a base period with optional extension years. Pricing will be based on an indexed propane market rate plus a fixed distribution component. Estimated usage is provided for planning purposes only and actual requirements may vary.
