Contractors must provide clear and compelling evidence demonstrating their ability to meet all requirements outlined in this solicitation. This requirement will be competed as a Brand Name or Equal, SDVOSB set-aside in the open market IAW Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. Award will be made in accordance with the Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Products and Commercial Services. All quotes must be received no later than Monday, July 27, 2026.
