65--Medical and Dental Supply

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul 12.202(b)(1), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06. Questions related to this RFQ package must be an electronic copy in Excel (B08 SOL, Attachment 3 Q&A Spreadsheet) submitted no later than 12:00 P.M. current Eastern Time, June 14, 2026. Quotes submitted in response to this RFQ shall be received no later than 12:00 P.M. Eastern Time, June 21, 2026, in order to be considered for award.
