Amendment 0002 – August 19, 2026 The purpose of this amendment is to provide a revision to the Statement of Work, and to extend the bid due date. Statement of Work, page 2, Item A Installations, New Air Conditioners - Equipment Room, Number 1: The HVAC unit is revised to AAON SB Series. Model # SB01620L000 or FAA approved equal. Any unit submitted for approval must be American made. The proposal due date is hereby changed from August 18, 2026; 3:00pm EDT to August 25, 2026; 3:00pm EDT. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Review the new information and all requirements in accordance with 697DCK-26-R-00315, Amendment 0001 and SA18 PROPOSAL CONTENT on page(s) 57-58 of the solicitation prior to submitting a bid/proposal. The amendment will also extend the bid due date from August 18, 2026 to August 25, 2026; 3pm EDT. XXXXXXXXXX 08/13/2026 Requests For Information (RFIs) An addition to Solicitation 697DCK-26-R-00315 has been issued. The purpose of the addition is to provide responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) regarding the subject matter project. A total of two (2) documents have been added, including one (1) document that contains all the RFIs and one (1) attachment. All the documents have "RFI" in the title. NO CHANGE to the proposal due date, August 18, 2026; 3:00pm EDT; and all other terms and conditions remain unchanged. XXXXXXXX Amendment 0001 – August 3, 2026 The purpose of this amendment is to provide a revision to the Statement of Work, add AMS Clause 3.2.2.3-41 PERFORMING WORK (APR 2024), and to extend the Request for Information (RFI) and bid due dates. The Statement of Work is amended as follows: Page 2, Add - Item A Installations, New Air Conditioners, number 1: Add after “Provide and install” the following: “ 2 each new 15 Ton Carrier Omnizone 50 XCR HVAC units or.” Any unit submitted for approval must be American Made. Page 4, Change - Ceiling Tiles , change item 1a, to “50” not 25. Page 5, Clarification - Security Bars: There is no requirement for any exterior penetrations and therefore no need for any security bars installation. AMS Clause 3.2.2.3-41 PERFORMING WORK (APR 2024) “The Contractor must perform, using its own organization, work equivalent to at least twenty-five (25) percent of the total amount of work under the contract on the site. The CO may modify this contract to reduce this percentage if the Contractor requests a reduction and the CO determines that it would be to the FAA's advantage to do so” has been added to Section I. The Request for Information (RFI) due date has been changed to August 7, 2026; 2:00pm. Lastly, the proposal due date is hereby changed from August 11, 2026; 3:00pm EDT to August 18, 2026; 3:00pm EDT.
