The Statement of Work is amended as follows: Page 3, Add - Item A Installations, New Air Conditioners, number 1: Add after “Provide and install” the following: “ 2 each new 15 Ton Carrier Omnizone 50 XCR HVAC units or.” Any unit submitted for approval must be American Made. Page 4, Delete – “Externally insulate interior ductwork” Page 5, Change - Ceiling Tiles , change item 1, to read …replace all ceiling tile in with new tiles in the equipment room only, no tiles to be replaced in radio room.” Page 5, Clarification – LED Lighting: Replace all lights in both the equipment and the radio room. The selected Contractor will remove and properly dispose of the existing two (2) HVAC units and associated ducting, controls, and other related components; and provide and install two (2) new York 15-Ton Air-Cooled Self-Contained Packaged Air Conditioning Units (DSV180C2S5VDA3A00), or FAA approved equal, and all associated components. The FAA contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract as a result of this solicitation. This requirement is set-aside and offered to all small business concerns. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238220 – Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors - $19 Million. The estimated cost magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
