The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD), James River Reserve Fleet (JRRF), located in Fort Eustis, Virginia, has a requirement to perform for a one year base period and four one year option periods starting September 14, 2026 through September 13, 2027 and concluding, if all options are exercised, on September 14, 2031 in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).
