Update: Amendment 0001 was created only to add clause FAR 52.219-14 - Limitations on Subcontracting (OCT 2022) Multi-Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with Base and 4 Option Years (5YR –This is a non-personal services contract to provide road maintenance services to the Chattahoochee–Oconee National Forests. FOR: Ranger Districts on the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forests: -Chattooga River Ranger District - 9975 US-441 Lakemont, GA 30552 -Oconee Ranger District - 1199 Madison Rd Eatonton, GA 31024 -Conasauga Ranger District - 3941 US-76 Chatsworth, GA 30705 -Blue Ridge Ranger District - 2042 GA-515 Blairsville, GA 30512 The Period of Performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months and four (4) 12-month Option Years, as follows: Base Year September 1, 2026 – August 30, 2027 Option Year 1 September 1, 2027 – August 30, 2028 Option Year 2 September 1, 2028 – August 30, 2029 Option Year 3 September 1, 2029 –August 30, 2030 Option Year 4 September 1, 2030 – August 30, 2031 -It is anticipated that a firm-fixed price multi-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Evaluation and Basis for Award The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation—Commercial Products and Commercial Servicesis not applicable to this solicitation. In lieu of this provision, quotes will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 12.203 based on the criteria listed below.
