JOFOC - Login.gov NIST SP 800-63-4 Kantara Assessment

This notice provides public availability, in accordance with FAR 6.301 (GSA Class Deviation RFO-2025-6), of the Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) supporting Modification P00007 to Contract No. 47QPCA24P0001. The modification added NIST SP 800-63 Revision 4 Kantara assessment services to support Login.gov's Rev. 4 certification, awarded on a sole-source basis to Kantara Initiative, Inc. under FAR 6.103-1 (GSA Class Deviation RFO-2025-6), Only One Responsible Source.
