NOTICE OF AMENDMENT 01: The purpose of this amendment is to post a Revised Statement of Work (SOW) and answer questions raised following the site visit. Summary of Changes: Revised Scope: The attached Revised SOW clarifies that the project scope. Updated Location: The Revised SOW updates the permissible installation location for the new subpanel due to code clearance limitations in the existing electrical room. Q&A Document: A document containing government responses to contractor questions has been attached for reference. Instructions to Offerors: Please review the attached Revised SOW in its entirety. The original SOW is no longer valid. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by signing and returning the attached SF-30 with their quote submission. The deadline for proposals is extended to 0800 PST 10 July 2026. All other terms, conditions, and instructions to offerors remain unchanged. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to install a new electrical subpanel and route new dedicated branch circuits to the galley, berthing rooms, recreation room, offices, and gym at USCG Station Depoe Bay. All work must be tied directly into the existing emergency generator distribution panel, comply with the National Electrical Code (NEC), and undergo complete testing to ensure seamless operational transition between shore and emergency power. Where Federal Acquisition Regulation clause language is inconsistent with FAR 13.004, Legal Effect of Quotations, that language is hereby tailored in accordance with FAR 12.302 to be consistent with a request for quotations.
