H-1 Modernization Services

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), H-1 Upgrades Program (PMA-276), awarded a Firm Fixed Price/Cost Plus Fixed Fee competitive 8(a) set-aside Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) procurement for services associated with on-site organizational, intermediate, and de-pot level aircraft maintenance and modifications in support of the USMC AH-1Z/UH-1Y aircraft to AllThingsFlying, LLC, Severna Park, MD. Period of Performance for the IDIQ is a base period of five years with two one-year option periods. Efforts under this IDIQ will be performed at MCAS Camp Pendleton, CA and MCAS New River, NC.
