Submission Checklist (Single PDF) To be rated Technically Acceptable, vendors must submit: Technical Volume: Detailed product list (manufacturer & model numbers), proof of authorized reseller status, and active industry-standard technician programming certifications. Past Performance: 1 to 3 references of similar complexity completed within the last 3 years (Federal, State, Local, or Commercial). Price Volume: FFP quote for CLIN 0001 with an itemized unit breakdown, firm for at least 60 calendar days. Admin Data: Active CAGE code and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI).
