PNSY Maintenance and Repair of Facility Response Team (FRT) Vessels and Trailers

Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY) has a requirement for preventative maintenance (PM) and repair of eight (8) vessels and associated trailers. All work is to be primarily completed at the Contractor’s maintenance facility unless the repair is minor and can be performed onsite without disrupting base operations. Period of Performance: Base Year: 7/22/2026 to 7/21/2027 Option Year 1: 7/22/2027 to 7/20/2028 Option Year 2: 7/21/2028 to 1/19/2029 METHOD OF PROPOSAL SUBMISSION: Offers shall be emailed. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. System for Award Management (SAM): Vendors must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://www.sam.gov/. All quotes shall include the embedded Request for Quote (RFQ). All quotes must have the highlighted sections completed. Please make sure to include all technical data sheets and information relating to the rental equipment.
