Target Repair, Refurbishment and Upgrade Services

Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement for range target refurbishment, repair and upgrade services. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items. This acquisition will utilize a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 339920, and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The Government intends to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, issuing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Orders. The estimated minimum contract value is $1,000.00 and the estimated maximum contract value is $4,000.000.00. This synopsis shall not be construed as an RFQ/RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government.
