This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a contractor to deliver the identified 1) Examination chairs, and 2) compatible Accessories listed on the attached Product Specification sheet to the Crownpoint Healthcare Facility, Navajo Area Indian Health Service (IHS) located at NM State 371, Navajo Route 9, Crownpoint, New Mexico 87313 ********Contractor must be an authorized MIDMARK distributor******* Closing date will be 8:00am (MST) on July 31, 2026.
