Service Locks @ MCOE

The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, and transportation, to service locks and doors at MCOE, Coast Guard Academy, New London, Connecticut. All repaired or replaced locks shall operate smoothly and reliably, allowing authorized users to lock and unlock doors without binding, sticking, excessive force, or recurring lockout events. All work shall comply with applicable manufacturer recommendations and industry standards.
