Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for providing of Preventive Maintenance Services of New Water Treatment Plant (Chlorine and Chlorine Dioxide Component) to the U.S. Mission. The equipment is manufactured by Dioxide Pacific. The contractor shall provide all logistics, customs, shipping, transportation, labor, water treatment chemicals, tools, water treatment testing kits/equipment, administrative and all associated management support functions necessary for the maintenance of these systems. Quotations are due by 20-July-2026 (1659 Hrs Kathmandu local time). Your quotation must be submitted electronically to KTMContracts@state.gov.
