This is an amendment to the original BAA. Amendment date: 16 July 2026. THIS ACQUISITION IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. Packages shall be submitted to: Reston Bartlett, 78 CEG/CENMP Building 280 505 Page Road Robins AFB GA, 31098 This project includes, but not limited to provide all labor, material, plant, equipment, supplies, transportation and coordination required for the completion of all Architectural and Engineering (AE) firm supported projects for multi-discipline construction projects. The AE shall perform all the services and furnish all the materials required for the production and subsequent delivery of field investigations, surveys, design calculations, drawings, specifications, cost estimates and electronic files for maintenance, repair, alteration, and new construction projects. This will be a new Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract. The Government anticipates award of up to five contracts with up to three additional offerors to be placed on the Program Reserve. The IDIQ value in aggregate is not to exceed $50,000,000 over the life of the contract. This IDIQ contract will have five one-year ordering periods. There is no guarantee that work will be awarded in any given year. [KH7] [LL8] PROJECT INFORMATION: Multi-disciplined A-E services are expected to include, but will not be limited to the following: The Project Information is not listed in order of importance, but the primary focus of the anticipated work is noted. I. Primary: Full Architect-Engineer (A-E) design services for facility and infrastructure projects throughout Robins AFB and its geographically separated locations. Successful A-E firms must possess or have access to expertise in all related engineering disciplines, including but not limited to architectural, civil, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, structural, and other disciplines necessary to develop complete facility and infrastructure designs for construction award. II. The anticipated work may include Title I and Title II services but not be limited to the following; field survey; site and facility investigation; preparation of special technical studies; analyses of structural systems; feasibility and concept studies; material investigation and color studies; preparation of architectural engineering studies and/or investigation and preparation of architectural and engineering documents and reports for architectural projects with associated structural, civil, landscaping, mechanical, electrical, environmental subsurface soil investigations and incidental work; preparation of design documents to include building and ground alteration, maintenance, repair, and minor construction; cost and schedule estimates; and monitoring and evaluating construction progress for conformance to plans and specifications including review of required submittals by the contractor. III. Airfield Obstruction surveys and submission of Airfield Waiver and Obstruction Tool (AWOT) program requirements. IV. Experience in the following areas will be considered. Successful A-E firms must possess or have access to expertise in all related engineering disciplines to develop complete facility and infrastructure designs for construction award, including but not limited to 06 Architect, 12 Civil Engineer, 13 Communications Engineer, 18 Cost Engineer/Estimator, 21 Electrical Engineer, 23 Environmental Engineer, 25 Fire Protection Engineer, 27 Foundation/Geotechnical Engineer, 37 Interior Designer, 42 Mechanical Engineer, 51 Safety/Occupational Health Engineer, 52 Sanitary Engineer, 55 Soils Engineer, 56 Specifications Writer, 57 Structural Engineer, 60 Transportation Engineer, 62 Water Resources Engineer.
