Questions are due to POCs listed in this posting NLT 15 JUL 2026 at 0900 CDT The Department of War is issuing this solicitation to procure two (2) Creaform HandySCAN 3D Pro Series Scanners (Brand Name Only), to include proprietary software licensing, calibration accessories, OEM installation, and on-site operator training. The goal of this procurement is to establish an organic, point-of-need metrology and reverse-engineering capability to rapidly digitize legacy military components. All evaluation criteria, instructions to offerors, clauses, and specific technical requirements are detailed in the attached SF-1449 (W9115126QA056).
