Amendment 5 - Provides an update to the Statement of Work, specifically to "Area B2" on page 25. Also, additional Q&A are provided below. Q13. Is there a solicitation number under which this requirement was issued? A13. No. The notice ID is 1992. Q14. SOW §1.4 requires personnel onsite from 2:00–7:00 p.m., while §1.10 states 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Which performance window applies? A14. 2:00 p.m. – 7 p.m. are the permissible times to complete the tasks, contractor must start at 2 but be done by 7 Q15. Will recurring services begin immediately upon award, or after the required transition, badging, and background-investigation process? A15. Services will begin once the janitors are able to access the building (after investigation and badging). Q16. Should pricing be submitted separately for the base year and each of the four option years, or as one total price? A16. Pricing should be broken out for each year. Q17. Should annual floor stripping, semiannual carpet cleaning, and requested industrial bay cleaning be included in the recurring firm-fixed price? If bay cleaning is included, what frequency should be assumed? A17. Yes, that price should be included, no bay cleaning is required. Q18. The office/common-area schedule is labeled “DAILY WEEKLY” without assigning frequencies to the individual tasks. Please confirm which tasks are daily and which are weekly. A18. Should be daily, not weekly. SOW updated. Q19. Please confirm the required onsite response time for emergency calls and whether emergency/overtime services are separately reimbursed. Also, does the 20-hour monthly miscellaneous-work allowance represent total labor-hours, and are alteration materials included? A19. Emergency call back time will be 1 hour, and would be separately reimbursed; the 20 hour miscellaneous represents total labor hours and alteration materials would be reimbursed separately. Amendment 4 - Provides an extension to the solicitation to July 30th, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET. Amendment 3 - Provide additional Q&A. Q11. What is the total cleanable square footage (SF) covered under this contract? A11. The facility is a two level, approximately 50,400 square foot building, consisting of office, vehicle/maintenance and storage space. There are 7,061 square feet of carpeted area and 8,682 square feet of tiled area (excludes garage area). The cleaning areas are the bathrooms, and all the office areas, the upstairs has carpet and the downstairs has tile and emptying the trash bin in Maintenance bay, which is next to the downstairs offices. Q12. Could you please advise particularly if any routine, on-demand, or supplemental custodial services may be needed during Friday evening or Saturday daytime hours? A12. The job needs to be performed Monday-Friday. There is no access on the weekends. The contractor is required to be at the facility to clean 2PM Monday-Friday. They are not required to be there until 7PM each day if all the tasks are completed. Basically, if they are 3 people at the facility for 3 hours and they get everything done, that is acceptable. If the contractor has 2 people from 2PM-7PM, that’s acceptable too. At least two janitors are required as 1 janitor cannot complete all the tasks. Amendment 2: A site visit is required for proposal acceptance. Amendment 1: Provide Q&A and uploaded SOW that includes Figure 1 which was missing from previous version. Q1. Please confirm the intended period of performance, including base year length and any option years. A1. The intended period of performance is a base year and four one-year options. Q2. The RFQ requests a GSA Contract Number in addition to the UEI Number. Please confirm whether an active GSA Schedule contract is a mandatory eligibility requirement for award, or whether this field is optional. A2. Only include a GSA contract number if you have a GSA contract for these services. Q3.
