Attached are the Solicitation / Request for Proposal (RFP), Pre-Proposal Inquiry (PPI) Form, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The proposal due date is August 6, 2026 at 1100 am Thailand Time. Pre-Proposal Site Visit (PPSV): -Date: July 14, 2026. -Time: 10:00 am (Local Vietnam Time)-Meeting Point: Thanh Duc kindergarten, Hanh Lam commune, Nghe An province, Vietnam (GPS: 18.8301473, 105.1574820).Note: -Site access is strictly limited to personnel listed on the approved Base Access Request (BAR). No substitutions will be accepted at the gate.-We encourage all participants to review the RFP documents in advance to ensure a productive site visit. //////// Amendment 0001 Revises the period of performance from 300 to 365 calendar days, adds new DFARS provisions and clauses, provides the Government responses to Pre-Proposal Inquiries (PPIs), revises the Statement of Work (SOW), and issues a revised Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Offerors shall use the revised BOQ when preparing proposals. The proposal due date remains 6 August 2026, 1100 Thailand Time. Attachment are Amendment 0001 and Revised BOQ in Excel Format.
