The parking spaces must be in close proximity to the Tomochichi Federal Courthouse in Savannah, GA (see delineated area map). Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year floor plain.
