Non Warranty Repair of UPS

The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic?s intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Nova Power for P/N: UPS1-2.4K-1G-SRNDTI-2E (Qty: 3); the Repair of Uninterruptible Power Supplies for Serial Numbers: 173984, 174002 and 173987. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Nova Power under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) due to soliciting from a single source not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. The NAICS Code is 335999 and the PSC code is J061.This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted by accessing the specific notice in the PIEE Solicitation Module by 08 July 2026. All responses received by 08 July 2026. will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
