SEWIP Block 3 Design Agent OY4 Exercise

Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Mission Systems Sector, Linthicum Heights, Maryland, is being awarded a $39,400,521, cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to the previously awarded contract N00024-22-C-5520 to exercise an option for design agent engineering support of Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program (SEWIP) Block 3 systems. SEWIP is an evolutionary development and acquisition program tasked with continuously upgrading the AN/SLQ-32(V) Electronic Warfare (EW) system about U.S. Navy ships. Work will be performed in Baltimore, Maryland and is expected to be complete by August 2027. Under 10 USC 3204(a)(1) a justification was provided for this sole source procurement.
