The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a lease that is nearing expiration. The Goverment is considering an alternative space if it is eonomically advantageous to do so. Occupancy Date: - On or about October 1, 2026 Unique Requirements: The offered space must meet Federal Government standards for fire safety, accessibility (ABAAS), environmental sustainability. Space must also meet Interagency Security Committee (ISC) Facility Level 1 criteria. No co-location with law enforcement, within walking distance of the Federal Courthous at 600 E. Monroe, Springfield, IL.
