AMENDMENT 03 TO SOLICITATION FA664826Q0006 Project Title: Environmental Analytical and Regulatory Compliance Services The purpose of this amendment is to officially modify the subject solicitation to extend the deadline for base access requests and to establish strict procedural requirements for site entry. 1. Extension of Submission Deadline The deadline for the submission of base access requests has been formally extended to 24 July 2026, at 12:00 PM (Noon). Under no circumstances will additional requests be accepted, reviewed, or processed after this exact date and time. 2. Form Submission Requirements To request base access, vendors must strictly utilize the authorized documentation (Base Access Form). Only the fully completed base access form, provided as an attachment herein, shall be submitted. Incomplete forms or requests submitted in alternate formats will be automatically rejected. Please note, only the attached base access form is needed for the required background check. 3. Day-of-Visit Identification Requirements For physical entry onto the installation on the day of the visit, all personnel must present proper, verifiable identification. Access requires the presentation of a valid, REAL ID-compliant driver's license. 4. Strict Entry Restrictions Only personnel who have received official approval following the timely and accurate submission of the attached base access request form will be authorized for entry. Approved personnel must also physically present the required REAL ID-compliant identification to security personnel upon arrival. Individuals lacking prior official approval or the proper identification will be denied entry to the installation. AMENDMENT 02 TO SOLICITATION FA664826Q0006 Project Title: Environmental Analytical and Regulatory Compliance Services Amendment 02 has been issued to provide prospective vendors with an alternative, secure method to submit base access request forms for the upcoming site visit. Vendors may now request a DoD Safe drop-off link, with requests due no later than 12:00 PM (Noon) EST on July 20, 2026. To ensure the secure transmission of your forms, prospective vendors may now request a secure DoD Safe drop-off link directly from the Contracting Officer. Once requested, a unique link will be provided via email, allowing you to securely upload and submit your documents. Drop-Off Link Request Deadline: July 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM (EST). Email the Contracting Officer to request a DoD Safe link. Late requests will not be accepted. Document Submission: Immediately upon receipt of link, upload fully completed Base Access Request forms via the provided DoD Safe link. Scheduled Site Visit: July 31, 2026 at 10:00 AM (EST).
