The proposed acquisition shall be full and open competition for Heater Trays. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Depot Tracy, CA. Contract Type: 5-Year Tiered Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity Contract Source Selection Method: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Pricing Agreement: Firm Fixed-Price with EPA. This program is used to feed small groups of warfighters.
