Description

U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center 2026 Industry Expo The C5ISR Center is hosting an engagement event open to all of industry, for the purpose of providing two-way collaboration on current and future technologies. Who: The intended audience includes active and prospective industry partners. No media will be invited to attend. When/Where: The two-day event is Tuesday 25 August – Wednesday 26 August. It will be held fully in-person at Aberdeen Proving Ground, in both the Myer Auditorium and the APG Recreation Center gymnasium. Purpose: The Army has been undergoing significant change over the last year focused heavily on increasing the speed with which capabilities are delivered to Soldiers and reducing bureaucratic challenges along the way. Through ongoing Continuous Transformation and Acquisition Reform, paired with strategic organizational realignments for Forge Generation, Force Development and Force Design, the Army is adapting faster than ever to sustain asymmetric advantage and remain resilient against emerging threats. A key tenet to the success of these efforts is the close partnership and collaboration with the Army’s industrial base. This year’s Industry Expo will offer insights to critical science and technology (S&T) efforts across the Center’s core competencies and aid industry in identifying how to best invest internal research and development (IR&D) funds supporting these activities. Format: The event will utilize a dual approach in delivery. The C5ISR Center will present key S&T efforts and investment / technology thrust areas through panels and slide presentations (day one) and then transition to a symposium-style format (day two) with booths representing technology areas across the Center to facilitate a two-way dialogue. NOTE: Booths are for C5ISR Center technologies/personnel only. Industry will not be provided booth space for demonstrations or displays. Registration: Each business entity (per each CAGE Code) will be entitled to register five (5) representatives to attend the event. Registration opens 0900 on Monday 15 June 2026 and may be accessed through the following link: https://c5isrcenter.devcom.army.mil/c5isr-expo-2026/. There will be no on-site registration on the day of the event, nor any substitutions after 17 August 2026 at 1700. Technology Areas: A draft listing of all projected technology areas discussed during the day one briefing and areas hosting a booth during the day two expo will be posted as controlled attachments within this SAM.gov posting once available. To gain access to controlled attachments, your company/entity must be certified by the Joint Certification Program (JCP). Your entity/company’s Data Custodian requester (designated) on block 3A of the DD Form 2345 is the only authorized individual that can download the controlled attachment. Your entity/company is responsible for the protection of the controlled document after the download. If your entity/company is not pre-certified by the JCP, you will need to apply for certification by completing a DD Form 2345 and emailing it to jcp-admin@dla.mil. Detailed information regarding the JCP application procedures is available at the JCP website at https://www.dla.mil/Logistics-Operations/Services/JCP/. Please direct any questions regarding the JCP certification process to jcp-admin@dla.mil. To request access to download the controlled attachment, click on the tab for “Attachment/Links”, then click on the title of the controlled document. When you receive the pop-up window to request access, enter the reason for the request in the window, making sure to include your entity’s CAGE Code and JCP Certification Number, then hit submit.
